Shipping policy

Please remember that I do this as a hobby and dye on the weekends. You will receive an email when your shipping label is created and it will contain your tracking number. Silks generally take me 1-2 weeks to create and ship. All silks in the shop are dyed to order. 

I am unable to predict if your country will charge you customs/duties and import fees. If any of these fees are applied upon delivery they are the responsibility of the buyer. Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

I am not responsible after your order leaves my possession and is in the hands of USPS. I will not refund if the USPS loses or mis-delivers your package. If you require shipping insurance, please let me know so I can invoice you separately for it.
