Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

I do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders returned without communication/authorization will be refunded less a 15% restock fee.

Cancellations are allowed if I am contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Please keep in mind there will be variations between dye jobs and possibly imperfections as these are done one at a time by hand. Every silk will not look exactly like the listing image(s); each one is unique. All dyes are mixed individually so the colors will not be exactly the same between pieces. I will not exchange or refund because of “spots” or imperfections. Each one is unique and is handmade. If you want perfection please shop elsewhere.

Also, please note that the size described is an industry defined size prior to processing. As such, the approximate finished size can possibly be smaller after dyeing. 8mm Habotai silk shrinks approximated 10% in length and 2% in width and 10mm Habotai silk (17"x17" size) shrinks approximately 3% in length and 1% in width.
